Episode 19

This week, we welcome David Manheim of the Dopey Podcast back to the show for round 2.  We loved David so much we had him back and he’s still not a fan of Bobby.  Our conversation started with the challenges of getting out to shows because of our busy lives with our families, work, and sobriety.  David shines a light on how many sober people may feel at shows and that is boredom.  What do you do with all that time, especially in shows like Dead & Co where the pregame is half the day?

Our solution was to vend and make a place in the scene for our new lives that catered to our creativity and a deeper connection to the music.   David had a strategy for us to find all the sober people and have them help us sell shirts!  We all agreed, there must be a purpose for being at the show, and what a great way to have fun and get a free shirt.  While David has agreed to meet us at Citifield this year for the shows, we’ll see if he comes through.  Definitely, tune in for this one, we had so much fun with David’s views on Dead & Co. and what's new on Dopey!
